At Her Voice HerStory Consulting Group, we are committed to providing valuable services and resources. Because many of our offerings involve time, strategy, and digital access, the following refund terms apply.

1. Coaching and Consulting Sessions

Payments for private coaching or consulting sessions are non-refundable once the session has taken place.

If you need to reschedule, you must do so at least [24 or 48] hours before your scheduled appointment. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be forfeited and are non-refundable.

2. Courses and Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, downloadable resources, templates, workbooks, and online courses, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

No refunds will be issued for digital products once access has been granted or files have been delivered.

3. Memberships or Programs

If she later adds a membership or group program, use this:

Memberships, coaching programs, or multi-session packages are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement. If a payment plan is selected, the client remains responsible for completing all scheduled payments.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
