Effective Date: April 18, 2026

By booking a session with Her Voice HerStory Consulting Group, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking

All sessions must be booked in advance through our approved scheduling system. Payment may be required at the time of booking.

2. Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule up to [24 or 48] hours before the appointment time. Requests made after that window may be denied.

3. Late Cancellations and No-Shows

Appointments canceled less than [24 or 48] hours in advance, or missed entirely, may be forfeited and are non-refundable.

4. Late Arrival

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delays for other scheduled clients. Full session fees still apply.

5. Consultant Cancellations

If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will do our best to provide notice and move you to the next available time.
